Gianna began her real estate career in 2025, driven by a lifelong passion for helping others and a deep appreciation for the value of home. With a background rooted in family real estate investments and property management, Gianna brings both personal experience and professional dedication to every client interaction.

Growing up in a family that frequently invested in rental properties, Gianna developed a keen eye for potential and a love for the process of buying and selling homes. Her educational journey led her to Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education with honors. This creative foundation enhances her ability to see the unique potential in every property and to support clients with staging and design insights.

Gianna is deeply connected to her community. She teaches art classes to students of all ages, serves as a class parent at the local elementary school, and co-leads a Girl Scout troop. Her commitment to service and creativity shines through in all she does.

What drives Gianna in real estate is the joy of helping clients find the perfect place to call home—spaces that meet their individual and specific needs. She believes in making transitions seamless, especially during what can often be a stressful time.

Outside of work, Gianna enjoys creating and teaching art, working with her hands, and spending quality time with her husband of 25 years and their three children—often at the beach, where they find inspiration and relaxation.
